“Mike is FABULOUS!!! He is great at multi-tasking – we keep him very busy maintaining our systems. He also knows how to explain to the technologically-challenged why things work the way they do. He is very approachable and listens well. This has been very helpful to me since my hours this summer have been working from home, not in the office, with the kids. We have always had difficulty finding the right person who can take care of the office issues without being pulled away by individual agent needs. I’ve often needed to address this concern, as you know, with past technicians. Mike knows the office comes first and has been able to find the right balance to address both office and agent concerns. He also knows we are frugal in this market and allocates his time well. For instance, he held a Q & A the last time he was out about antivirus which was very helpful to the agents and staff who attended. This Q & A provided him the chance to explain things once and NOT address this same issue every time he comes in. “Onyx bailed me out once again. I was recently in Bismarck, North Dakota on a project, was up at 5:30 am checking my email and spilled a cup of coffee on my laptop (wasn’t decaf either). I felt like I had just lost my best friend. When I had the opportunity later in the day I called Onyx and spoke with Andrew, told him what had happened and that I needed a new computer. He looked up the last one that I had gotten and told me he would download the same windows software that my old one had. Long story short, I originally called Andrew from Bismarck on Monday, I made it back to Savannah on Thursday, traveled to Atlanta on Friday and picked up my new MacBook Pro 17 inch. Everything that I needed had been downloaded and I was in business again. I want you to know how much I appreciate the GREAT service that Andrew gave me.
