We have never seen a faster, more productive shop tech in all our years of building Onyx. His performance allowed for a speedy rise to the position of Senior Shop Manager for both locations. Certifications: Apple Certified Technician
Ken Came to the U.S. from Malaysia in 1991 to pursue a college education. He graduated from Southern Illinois University in 1994 with a BS in Computer Science. Like many of our clan, his interests in gaming propelled him to conduct various experiments with enabling a game on a P90 w/4MB RAM with DOS 3.1 in 1991. Ken sites this event as the day his bond with computers began. He’s worked in IT for 14 years now, and loves to help friends with all their computer problems. In Ken’s words “Troubleshoot and solving computer problem is a joy of my life, because with the same hardware and software, with the same problem, the solution might be totally different, how fun is it?” The wording may be unorthodox, but he’s speaking out language all the same. The man is passionate about technology and service. We like it.
