Onyx is seeking experienced on-site tech consultants to join existing team of consummate professionals. Must have at least 2 years experience with business and home user clients along with extensive knowledge of the following: Windows server, Exchange, Backup Exec, Mac, Windows workstation, SQL, Sharepoint & DNS. Apple & Microsoft certifications are a plus not required. Further training & certifications are provided in-house. This position requires a high level of communication skills and the ability to provide customer service throughout the day in a confident and capable manner with numerous customers. Interacting successfully with customers is equally important to service capabilities in this position. This is a full time position for individuals who are seeking a long term company in which to remain for several years if not permanently. A time commitment will be required upon hiring. Individual will be trained and required to visit several different existing clients throughout each week in order to preside over and service all aspects of their IT infrastructure with the guidance and support of the existing team members.
